
It has been confirmed that Thorsten Kaye will tape his final scenes in New York and will not continue as Zach when the show moves to Los Angeles.

Longtime All My Children cast member Ray MacDonnell, who plays Dr. Joe Martin, will not join the cast when the show moves to Los Angeles at the end of this year. Instead, he will retire.
In the same press release, it was confirmed that another vet, Susan Lucci, who plays Erica Kane, will continue in her role. She will not move her family to L.A., however, but will commute to tape scenes.
Others continuing in their roles include: Brittany Allen (Marissa), David Canary (Adam), Bobbie Eakes (Krystal), Melissa Claire Egan (Annie), Stephanie Gatschet (Madison), Ricky Paull Goldin (Jake), Vincent Irizarry (David), Michael E. Knight (Tad), Jamie Luner (Liza), Adam Mayfield (Scott), JR Martinez (Brot), Cameron Mathison (Ryan), Debbi Morgan (Angie), Cornelius Smith, Jr. (Frankie), Denise Vasi (Randi), Darnell Williams (Jesse), and Jacob Young (JR). Thorsten Kaye (Zach) will not make the move to L.A., but may commute, and Alicia Minshew (Kendall) will be on maternity leave as of November.
