ABC confirmed the ouster, but have provided no further details at this time, including who might be tagged to replace Pratt.

The time is coming for the cast and crew of All My Children to pack up and move west to Los Angeles. Soaps.com has learned that "The View," which tapes next door to the Daytime drama, will be airing a farewell episode for AMC on Wednesday December 2!

All My Children actor J.R. Martinez, who plays Brot, is set to be honored tonight with the 2009 Veterans Leadership Award.

NBC's Brian Williams will host the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America Heroes Gala tonight at Gotham Hall in New York. IAVA is a large, nonprofit, nonpartisan group for Iraq and Afghanistan vets.

Soaps.com has learned that All My Children's Alicia Minshew (Kendall Hart Slater), who was due to give birth close to Thanksgiving, actually had her baby early!

Alicia and her husband Richie Herschenfeld welcomed their new daughter into the world at 6:42 AM on November 4, and named her Willow Lenora Herschenfeld. The child's middle name is shared with Alicia's mother.

Willow weighed 5 lbs. 2 oz.
