Jared professes his innocence, Gigi makes a pass at Schuyler, and Blair's plan seems to be working...
Outside in the vineyard in Napa, Jared grabs Jessica and admits that it wasn't Nash who called her to come - it was him! Jared explains that he worked with Wayne Landers, but Jessica prevents him from talking further - by speculating about what he's been up to now! "What did you do to Natalie? I'm calling the police!" Jessica says, but Jared has no idea where Natalie is, says he never sent her a text then screams, "I have to find her! If the police come within one inch of this place, Natalie could die!" Jessica still doesn't trust Jared, manages to shove him to the ground and runs away into the night…
As Jared gets up, calling out for Jessica, Jessica tries to leave, but her car won't start! She sees a light on in a nearby building and heads toward it. When she reaches it, Jessica screams, "Hello? Is anyone here?" As she walks closer into the building she sees a man, with his back facing her, and says, "Nash, baby, is that you?"
When Nadine tries to rush out her door, in Michigan, John stops her then Brody appears from the bedroom, holding Corrine, letting John know that they drugged him and Rex. Brody is shocked to hear that they drugged them to get them away from Jessica and Natalie! Nadine claims that the person who offered to pay her to keep Brody there was just a voice on the phone. Corrine claims the same happened to her - and that neither of them saw the man who called. John shows them a photo of Jared, but they deny seeing him, as they do with a few other photos, including Nash's. Brody tries to call Jessica and gets nervous when he gets her voicemail.
From the bedroom, Rex stirs and whispers, "What the hell?" He manages to stumble into the living room and tells John that he left Natalie in California with Jessica. Rex explains what brought them to Napa then is furious to hear that Natalie lied to him - and she never called John! While John calls the Napa police, Rex tries to call Gigi. Later, when the cops arrive, to arrest Nadine and Corrine, Rex does nothing to stop them - until Corrine reminds him, "Don't you want to know who your father is?"
Back in Llanview, though Gigi asks Schuyler to take her home from Rodi's, he tries to get out of it then finally agrees to take Gigi to his place - so Shane doesn't see her drunk. He tries to get her to call Rex before they leave, but Gigi refuses, still feeling neglected by Rex.
When they arrive at Schuyler's apartment, Gigi apologizes when she realizes that Schuyler doesn't have any alcohol then says, "All I need is you!" Gigi takes Schuyler in a kiss, but he pulls away and tries to dismiss Gigi's accusations against Rex - even when Gigi reminds him that Rex's Aunt Corrine told her that she wasn't really sick but that Rex needed a break from Gigi! As Gigi suggests that Schuyler make love to her, her cell phone vibrates - it's Rex trying to call, but she doesn't notice it! Gigi takes off her shirt, and Schuyler tries to fight back his feelings and do the right thing.
Viki arrives at Chloe's gravestone and says, "Happy Birthday, Sweetheart." Suddenly, Marcie appears and rushes into Viki's arms. Seeing that Marcie is now pregnant, Viki and Marcie talk about how things have changed, and Marcie admits she got back in time to vote for Viki - for mayor - since she was still registered in Llanview! Talk turns to Hope, and Marcie's happy to hear how happy Starr, Cole and their daughter are then they go over everyone close to them who are happy and in love. Viki thinks of Jessica and explains the stalker situation and how someone is trying to make Jessica think Nash is still alive. Viki prays that she hasn't been wrong about Jared then changes the subject to how long Marcie is staying. Marcie can only stay the night, and has one more stop to make, but promises to stay in touch. Marcie leans down to the gravestone, tells Chloe goodbye then leaves.
As Viki walks through the graveyard, she stops at Nash's grave and is shocked to see that it's been dug up - and that the opened coffin is empty!
Over at Dorian's, everyone helps Hope celebrate her first birthday, as Dorian anticipates something else to celebrate - her victory over Viki! Over talk of the election, Markko claims to Langston that he voted for Dorian but appears as though he's lying, as she hugs him with excitement! After Todd asks Amelia and Dorian which one of them is the groom, he takes Hope away to change her, while Marty confronts Blair for keeping Todd from his child! When Todd rejoins them, Marty says, "There's something I need to tell you. It's about your child." Marty relieves Blair by bringing up Cole and Starr's relationship, and warns him not to think about coming between them, then walks off. While Dorian and Amelia watch the polls on TV, Starr and Cole think back to how they thought they lost Hope. Cole promises they'll all be together always. Later, while opening Hope's gifts, Dorian snickers to Amelia as Starr opens Viki's promise book to Hope, claiming that Viki can't even keep her promises to the people of Llanview - like she plans to! Dorian vows to win the election, as Jack takes bets on who's going to win. Markko places one, in front of Langston, on Dorian, as Marty says she'd put a bundle on Viki! Markko pulls Cole away, admits he lied to Langston and says he voted for Viki! Though Cole assures him that there's no way Langston could find out the truth, an announcement comes over the television saying, "Every vote counts."
Just as Starr is ready to take Hope to bed, Marcie appears and spends some time with the baby, Starr and Cole, while Blair walks Todd out - since everyone is forced to wait until morning for the election results.
Marty follows Blair out into the foyer, who warns Marty again to keep her mouth shut! Blair vows that Todd will never find out the truth!
Outside of the mansion, Todd calls his PI and tells him to stay on Tea - and find out what she's doing in London!
